How long do I keep access to a course?
You receive 24 months of access from the purchase date. We want you to revisit techniques as your eye matures, without rushing.
Do you provide completion certificates?
Yes. Selected tracks include a digital certificate once you complete all modules and submit the final assignment. Certificates are not academic degrees; they verify course completion at ConstanciaReal Atelier.
What tools and materials do I need?
Essentials: florist shears, a sharp knife, twine, tapes, buckets, and a clean work surface. Course pages include optional gear lists. Many lessons demonstrate reusable armatures and foam-free methods to reduce cost and waste.
Are stems included with enrollment?
No. We provide sourcing guidance and seasonal substitution notes, but you’ll purchase stems locally or through your wholesaler so you can practice with fresh, regionally appropriate materials.
Can I get feedback on my work?
Mentor-led courses include feedback windows. You can upload practice photos and receive structured notes regarding line, form, and mechanics. Response times are posted on each course page.
What is your refund policy?
If a course truly does not fit your goals, contact us within 7 days of purchase and before completing more than 20% of the content. We’ll review and, when appropriate, process a partial or full refund according to our Terms.
Do you offer live workshops?
Yes. Several courses provide optional live sessions via video conference. Schedules and time zones are listed in the course details. Recordings are available afterward.
How are my notes stored?
Your personal notebook uses your browser’s localStorage on this device only. We do not sync or read these notes. Clearing your browser storage will remove them.
Is my data safe?
We follow privacy practices outlined in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell personal data and only collect what’s needed to provide the service.
